What will the classes look like?
This will adapt according to the clients I have, we will however, have basic breathing exercises to learn how to control anxiety and physical techniques to relax your body. I will also use aromatherapy where suitable and teach basic massage techniques you can do yourself on pressure points in the hands, ears and face. I have years of practicing aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and healing. These will also be incorporated into our classes. Those able to use HO, CI, or have limited hearing can immerse into relaxation music via a loop system.
